Accessing the Synchronization Log
Working with the synchronization logs can be very useful in troubleshooting
issues with data exchange.
Access the synchronization log in
OnTime Management Suite
- From the Tools menu, navigate to Logs > Synchronization >
Last Synchronization Results. (If you want
to see previous synchronization activities, choose All
Synchronization Results.)
- This will open the results in Notepad where you can review the
results.
- To save the results to a file, follow the direction in step 1, but
choose Manage Synchronization Log File and then click Save As
to save the log to a file.
Access the synchronization log in
OnTime Dispatch
- From the OnTime Dispatch Button
, navigate to
Logs > Last Synchronization Results. (If you want
to see previous synchronization activities, choose View
Synchronization Log.)
- This will open the results in Notepad where you can review the
results.
- To save the results to a file, follow the direction in step 1, but
choose Manage Synchronization Log File and then click Save As
to save the log to a file.
