There is one less thing to worry about when you allow OnTime to track your vehicles and their required maintenance. Customer Management

Location Management
Organize all addresses your company has either picked up from or dropped off to. With the smart assignment feature, OnTime can even recommend the zones that these addresses fall into, making it possible for customers to get real-time pricing quotes later on.
Zone Management
Create a master list of zones served by your company. Associate one or more zip codes with a zone and OnTime can start recommending zones for locations to dispatchers.
Route and Presence Scheduling
Configure routes that consist of routine, scheduled pickups and indicate when and where a driver will be during certain periods. Offer customers lower rates on routine pickups scheduled in advance. OnTime will plot out the driver's route and suggests the proper order to visit locations. Noting what zones or regions a driver will be in at certain time periods allows OnTime to suggest the most appropriate drivers to the dispatcher when creating a new order.
Price Sets
Maintain the prices charged to customers and the wages paid to employees and subcontractors. Price sets offer a virtually unlimited number of pricing configurations, allowing you to set up pricing exactly the way you want it. Even store details of a specific customer's contracted rates. Now the dispatcher no longer needs to guess at prices charged to a given customer; OnTime will simply calculate it.

Driver Tracking
See at a glance which drivers are currently clocked in, where they are at, what assignments they have queued up, when they last interacted with the system. Messaging
Send messages to the built in messaging system, SMS text message, email, and Microsoft Exchange accounts. Order Entry Console

Dispatchers and drivers can clock in and out using the OnTime programs, allowing the system to track exact time, mileage driven, and orders processed. Used in combination with the powerful wage calculation tools in OnTime, the system can calculate the exact wage a dispatcher or driver will receive in any given period. This makes payroll a breeze and will adapt to any pay period schedule: once a week, once a month, or every other Friday. It doesn't matter, OnTime will give you the exact calculations you want.
Status Color Coding
In various views, color coding is used to visually indicate when an order is past due or is coming up. Color coding makes it easier for users to quickly see urgent items and prioritize others. Lead times are adjustable and the colors are customized by you.
Customer Profile Retrieval
Type in a customer's name and instantly get back price contracts, delivery point history, and notification preferences. A history of locations a customer has picked up or dropped off to in the past is a handy shortcut for the dispatcher since most orders are between a limited number of locations. Price contracts are also listed for the customer and since there are no limits to the number of contracted rates you can have with one customer, you can confidently offer several levels of service.

Order Notification
Orders are put into two queues for driver review: assigned and unassigned. If a dispatcher assigns an order to a specific driver, that driver will be notified and the order will appear in his assigned queue. Orders dispatched without assignment of a driver are put into the unassigned lot where drivers themselves are given the opportunity to accept an order. A driver can also return an order to the unassigned queue for other drivers or the dispatcher to reassign. This gives your business the ability to be flexible in your approach to order assignment, which is how it needs to be in the real-world.

Lookup a specific customer global database. Finding customers is a breeze using the customer search. Drivers can find details on any customer online or offline.
Unassigned Order Queue
By not assigning a driver to an order, the order is put into the unassigned queue. There are times when it is not possible to assign a driver to an order in advance and there are times when a driver cannot accept or complete an order. OnTime handles this with the unassigned queue, where orders can be put for reassignment by a dispatcher or where another driver can accept the order.

Digital Signature Capture Recipients can sign directly on the device, instantly capturing the signature and entering it into the system. When using a Pocket PC compatible device with a touch screen, recipients can sign on the screen after which the driver enters the name of the person. This proof of delivery information is now sent back to the system where is can be viewed, in real-time, by managers, dispatchers, and even customers. This real-time approach to order data and proof of delivery will impress your customers and increase satisfaction.
COD Notification Be notified when a COD (cash on delivery) is requested. COD can be applied to when an order is picked up or dropped off. The appropriate notification is displayed to the driver so they know when the collection should take place and the total amount.

Address Book
Customers can add their own list of addresses, making it easy for quick dispatching to common locations later on. Customers save time by only adding addresses for drop off and pick up locations once. Order History
